Owner/ CEO
I’ve been in the behavioral health field for 14 years. Many of my clients are dealing
with common, everyday life struggles, and I am able to quickly get to the root issue
and guide them in their search for the best solution for themselves. I provide a
peaceful, safe, collaborative environment that promotes hope, laughter, and healing
to individuals, couples, and families looking to find solace and understanding in their
lives.I focus on marriage and family issues, anxiety, depression, relationship
problems, grief, LGBTQ, foster and adoption, religious and spiritual trauma,
spirituality, behavioral problems, and other systemic issues. I help the individual to
focus on their strengths, be empowered, and help them move forward in
self-confidence and self-esteem. I see ages 8+.
My practice philosophy is that you are the expert of your own life and I help you in
working on goals towards the next step, whatever that may be. My clients report that
they feel understood and they have gained a sense of purpose and clarity. My office
hours are by appointment and flexible.

Psychotherapist
Krystal Roberts, APSW, LCSW
Psychotherapist
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with five years of experience
focusing on wellness and mental health as a whole body practice. My experience
also includes working with many demographics, including ages five through the
end of life. In my sessions, I focus on using evidence-based techniques such as
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and a few others in
order to help clients improve. I often work with clients to address trauma as well
as understand behaviors caused by trauma. My counseling style is eclectic and I
also work closely with my patients to view them as a whole, not just mental
health issues. Many of my clients have said ” I love that you consider my culture
and societal issues.” I take the time to understand that there are also
environmental factors that affect our mental health. For me, it’s an honor to work
with individuals as they embark on their wellness journey! In my spare time, I like
to spend time with my family and create content that inspires people. My favorite
quote is ” Take your time, But don’t waste time” by Chadwick Boseman because
time in life is truly precious and why not use it as best as we can?

Sandy Quaintance, MS, LPC-IT
Therapist
Sandy Quaintance, MS, LPC-IT
Therapist
Sandy believes in the Person Centered theory of Carl Rogers - that every human
has within them the potential for health and wholeness. Like an oak, in the right
environment, the acorn grows into a healthy, strong tree....BUT, Life happens. While the
environment can be less than healthy, there is always potential for health.
For many people, responsibilities and pressures combined with deeply ingrained ways
of coping can make for dysregulated functioning that has become a habit. For adolescents
it is often anxiety about friends and friend groups, academic pressure, frustration with
leaders, poor self-esteem, feeling angry/upset, or loneliness that make life difficult. Older
clients often experience health changes, relationship changes, or stage of life challenges
which are making life difficult.
Her goal is to help clients identify what is important to them, where they want to
go, what they want to change . This involves accepting where they are now, with respect
for how they got there, and focusing on moving forward. She is able to help clients
identify their values and what they desire in relationships, career and academics, day to
day functioning and goals for life. She has experience working with OCD, PTSD, Anxiety,
Depression, ADHD, and other disorders using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance
and Commitment Therapy, and Person Centered Therapy.
