What You Will Do:

  • Create and maintain your calendar availability across all three calendars — staff-facing, client-facing, and Google Room Calendar
  • See clients, write progress notes, schedule future appointments, and discharge clients appropriately
  • Charge no-show and late cancellation fees when clients reach out to you directly
  • Meet weekly with your site Clinical Supervisor
  • Maintain your licensure and stay current on continuing education requirements
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities

What You Need:

  • Active Wisconsin LPC-IT, APSW, LPC, or LCSW credential — required
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
  • Experience or interest in trauma-informed care and co-occurring disorders
  • AODA background or interest strongly preferred
  • Ability to credential with Optum and UHC
  • Strong clinical documentation skills
  • Professional, punctual, and client-centered approach

Compensation by licensure level:

  • LPC-IT / APSW: $40/hour per billable session plus free clinical supervision
  • LPC / LCSW: 60% of collections

What Everyone Gets:
