Family issues, relationship issues, grief, identity issues, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and past trauma can make the present feel overwhelming. I work with clients of all ages—youth, young adults, adults, couples, and older adults—to help them identify and understand what is no longer working, what is causing pain and what can be done to move toward a more fulfilling life.
My approach is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a forward-moving, values-based model. Together, we explore your current reality, identify the source of suffering, consider thought and behavioral patterns, clarify what truly matters to you, identify strengths, and create a plan for meaningful change.
I offer both in-person and virtual sessions and am happy to meet briefly so you can get a sense of my style and determine whether working together feels right. If you’re ready for things to work differently in your life, I’m here to help you move toward the self and life you desire.

I am a person-centered therapist who believes that every individual carries a story that is meaningful, powerful, and worthy of being heard. My work is grounded in the understanding that human connection is at the heart of healing, and building authentic relationships with my clients is one of my greatest passions.
I bring my own authenticity and gentle humor into the therapy room, creating a warm, safe, and welcoming space where people can feel as comfortable as possible to share their inner world. I want clients to feel seen, supported, and met exactly where they are.
I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills—to meet each person’s unique needs. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model; instead, I collaborate with clients to discover what resonates and supports their growth.
I work with individuals ages 12 and up, couples, court-mandated clients, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. I have experience supporting people through trauma, life transitions, identity exploration, and relational challenges. I am also kink-affirming and sex-positive, providing a nonjudgmental space for clients to explore these parts of their lives openly and safely.
In our work together, I strive to create a space where you can bring your full self—your hopes, your questions, your strengths, and even the parts you may see as burdens or darkness. I believe those parts can be understood, integrated, and transformed into sources of insight and resilience. My role is to listen deeply, walk alongside you, and help you harness your own story as a foundation for healing and success.
